The Judean Desert is bordered in the mountains of Judea to the west and by the dead sea to the east. It is considered a moderately little desert, spanning only 1,500 square kilometers, but it contain countless fascinating nature reserves, historic sites, monasteries and primeval panoramas that build it an exciting and unique rest to visit.
